Saint Kitts and Nevis is a dual-island nation situated between the Atlantic Ocean and Caribbean Sea. It's known for cloud-shrouded mountains and beaches. Many of its former sugar plantations are now inns or atmospheric ruins. The larger of the 2 islands, Saint Kitts, is dominated by the dormant Mount Liamuiga volcano, home to a crater lake, green vervet monkeys and rainforest crisscrossed with hiking trail
Excursions
Guests will pass through the town of Basseterre heading northward to the beautiful Romney Manor, home of Caribelle Batik. This 350-year-old estate, formally owned by ancestors of Thomas Jefferson, is where local artists transform Island Cotton into magnificent works of batik art using ancient Indonesian methods of resisting dye with wax. Here guests will not only be treated to a demonstration by a Batik expert but no visit would be complete without a stop in their store where they showcase all of their products
Arrive at a beautiful stretch of coral sand beach where a safety briefing will be given by your guide, gear up and embark your two man kayak as you paddle along the protective coastline taking in the breathtaking scenes of the unspoiled views in the background. Then, stop in a secluded cove for your snorkeling experience
Learn about the unique history of the area through a guided tour of the distillery’s grounds, which will showcase the distillery’s past, as well as its restoration into what is now ‘Old Road Rum’. Following this experience, there will be a rum tasting and opportunity to browse their merchandise boutique
Sky Safari Tour is a zip line tour adventure that offers an exploration of the rainforest from a different perspective. This tour gives a thrilling experience of flying through trees, over streams and valleys with speeds of up to 80km/hr. Fly through the skies on one of the most highly advanced zipline systems in the world
After just a short walk from the hotel, immerse yourself in the food and flavors of the Caribbean during this Culinary Experience. Located in this custom facility, the idyllic backdrop of paradise is ideal for this interactive demonstration. The chef teaches you how to create gastronomic masterpieces with the locally farmed produce and herbs, using fish from local waters and finely cut meats for an extraordinary meal.
In groups of 3 – 4, guests will be divided amongst stations and each station will prepare a stage of a 2 course lunch. The chef and her team will demonstrate how to prepare and assemble the plate and be on-hand throughout to offer assistance. All guests will then sit down and eat their lunch with their own, personally made rum punch!

On our final night together, please join us for our gala dinner and awards presentation. Paddock Pool Equipment is so thankful for our partners and the work we do together.
